Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it, no questions asked.

How to return an item

1. Email us at support@mabelcopper.com with your order number.
2. We will send you the return instructions.
3. Send the jewelry back in its original condition, with its packaging.
4. Once we receive it, we will refund you within 5 to 7 business days, or send out your exchange.

Conditions

• The jewelry must be in its original, undamaged condition. A light patina from wearing is fine during the 30 days.
• You pay the cost of returning the item, unless we made a mistake or the item is faulty.

Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee

Every piece is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears, we will replace it.

Damaged or not as described

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we will pay for the return.
