4 reasons dog owners love it
A calmer dog on every drive
No more pacing, whining or climbing into your lap. A cosy spot of their own helps your dog settle and relax from the first mile.
Held firmly in place
The adjustable strap goes around the headrest, so the bed stays put on bends and when you brake.
Safer for both of you
A free safety belt plugs into the seat belt buckle, so your dog stays secured and you can keep your eyes on the road.
Soft quilted plush
A thick, soft quilted surface with a high back and raised sides. Somewhere cosy to curl up, lean and sleep.
Not all car beds are created equal
Most car beds are a thin cover on the seat. They slide, they flatten and they never give your dog a secure place to settle.
Ours has a high backrest and raised sides, fixes around the headrest with an adjustable strap and comes with a free safety belt. Your dog stays steady, comfortable and calm on the move.
Every Pet Is Family product starts with one question: will this make life with our dog calmer and more comfortable? If the answer is no, we do not sell it.

Frequently asked questions
Is it safe and secure for my dog?
The bed fixes to the car with an adjustable strap around the headrest, and a free safety belt plugs into the seat belt buckle. Always keep the safety belt fastened while you drive.
How do I set it up?
Unfold the cushion and place it on the seat. Fix the seat anchor into the gap of the car seat, fasten the strap around the headrest and adjust the length, then plug the safety belt into the seat belt buckle.
What size is it?
The bed is 70 cm wide, 55 cm deep, with a 53 cm high backrest and 20 cm high sides. Each bed is handmade, so sizes can vary by up to 10%.
Will it fit my dog?
It is made to fit dogs of most sizes. If you are unsure, send us your dog's size and we will help you decide.
Will it fit my car?
It fits the back seat of most cars. The strap goes around the headrest, so check that your seat has a headrest.
How do I clean it?
Brush off loose hair regularly. For marks, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and let the bed dry fully before use.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed quickly and shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
What if it doesn't suit my pet?
We offer a risk free 90 day trial. If it isn't right, contact our support team. We help you with the return and you are fully refunded as soon as it reaches us.
